Cannabis: A Timeline-Jumping Entity
Cannabis may be using us as a vehicle to explore realities and realms
Cannabis has long been favored by humanity. It has the potential to transport us beyond the confines of our present reality.
I’m been thinking.
What if cannabis itself is harnessing us, guiding us through Timelines for its own enigmatic purposes?
Before we try to anwer this question, let’s look at some different perspectives.
Cannabis across Timelines
Cannabis has a storied history in many cultures. It is often linked to spiritual and mystical practices.
In Hinduism, cannabis is associated with Lord Shiva. Devotees consume bhang, a cannabis-infused drink, during religious festivals such as Holi and Shivaratri. Bhang induces spiritual experiences and divine visions.
Meanwhile, on the Timeline of the Ancient Scythians, as chronicled by Herodotus, cannabis is used in many rituals. They throw cannabis seeds onto hot stones, creating smoke that induce trance-like states. These trance-like states can be understood as a form of Timeline Jumping.
Shamans have long used cannabis to bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual worlds. Siberian shamans use cannabis in their rituals to enter altered states of consciousness. These states allow them to communicate with the Spirit world and access different Timelines or realities.
In Persian folk stories, cannabis is not only used in traditional medicine but also in spiritual practices. Tales often suggest its use leads to seeing beyond the present moment or accessing different planes of existence.
On some Native American Timelines, cannabis is incorporated in their ceremonies. While specifics on Timeline Jumping might be sparse, there are many tales of spiritual journeys facilitated by the plant.
Cannabis on the Contemporary Timeline
Today, many cannabis users report a sense of timelessness, altered perception of reality, and profound introspection. These experiences can be framed as modern-day anecdotes of Timeline Jumping.
Meanwhile, research into cannabis' effects on the brain often highlights its ability to alter perception, affect time awareness, and induce states of altered consciousness. Cannabis is also well-known for its impact on memory, particularly its short-term effects. Users often report transient memory lapses and difficulty forming new memories under the influence of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive compound in cannabis. THC affects the hippocampus, a region crucial for memory formation, leading to short-term memory impairments and difficulty encoding new information. This disruption, while temporary, can create a sensation of disconnection from the present Timeline.
So another question we need to ask is, “Does cannabis cause amnesia, or does it induce Timeline Jumping which in turn induces amnesia?”
As we all know, one of the major symptoms of Timeline Jumping is amnesia. Cannabis, therefore, may not directly be the cause of our forgetting, but the catalyst to amnesia inducing interdimensional travels.
Final thoughts
Cannabis' historical, cultural, and anecdotal associations with altered states of consciousness suggest it may be more than a psychoactive substance. It could be a conduit for experiencing different Timelines. It may be subtly guiding us through alternate realities.
But this still hasn’t answered our initial enquiry, “Is Cannabis an entity harnessing us to jump Timelines?”
While the notion of cannabis as a Timeline-Jumping entity may seem unconventional, it seems to me as likely an explanation of what is going on as anything else. Why else would a plant choose to make itself appealing to humanity, and encourage itself to be burned and inhaled? Being consumed like that doesn’t help it to propogate, although it’s effects may encourage us to cultivate it.
So, while I don’t have conclusive evidence for the above argument, I strongly suspect it may be the case. Incidentally, this article neither condemns or advocates the use of cannabis. I do, however, suggest that if you do use the Holy Herb, you ask it this question, in all sincerity: “Are you taking me for a ride, or am I taking you?”

It seems time is of the essence toward all things material, smoke and it's effects on the brain for instance is a question that comes to my mind. Are we gaseous creatures... no! Incense is used in certain Catholic ceremonies. Is it possible to see timeline jumping there as well?
